PMB Construction served for fast track construction of the Bistro 1907 Restaurant which opened May 7, 2018 in Youngstown, Ohio. Philip M Beshara served as project manager for this project.

Over a 7-week period the vacant shell was turned into a 5,000 square foot upscale restaurant. The project was on a tight timeline and was performed as a phased, fast-track project required to open in parallel with the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Downtown Youngstown

The restaurant features 22’-foot high ceilings, Chamfered columns articulate the height of this space while low hanging light fixtures illuminate the finer details of the Bistro’s modern and slightly Parisian motif, 17’-foot wine wall and floor-to-ceiling cast bronze storefront windows opening onto an outdoor patio. At the back of the restaurant, a partial mezzanine located over the open-concept kitchen. You can find Bistro 1907’s in the Stambaugh Building. The historic structure was originally built in 1907.
