Philip M. Beshara
Philip M. Beshara is a high-performing Chief Executive with 40-years of commercial construction and development experience completing projects all around the country.
His experience includes leading all functions of construction projects of varying complexities including planning, design, processing, spec-approvals, staff management, subcontract administration, budgeting, and scheduling. His leadership skills have developed through emphasis on teamwork and lasting partnerships.
Philip M. Beshara came up through construction company after completing a Carpenter Apprentice Program in the late 70s. He has worked in every facet of the construction industry, holding positions as: a carpenter, a foreman, superintendent and then working his way up to a project manager in the 80s.
